My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2020

Went back to using my fitbit for the first time this year. It was only a work day but I want to get good habits going again and keep hitting my daily targets. I find the fit it better on days off as my phone is often left on a table and makes it hard to get there.
Solid result from today after a fast shift but I did most of the work. Kept me on my toes at least.
