Jogging, cross-trainer, and some cycling today, and I even remembered to stick the tracker in my sock so that the work dove on the bike would count!

It’s tough though, my 40 year old injured ass is finding getting back into an active routine harder than ever.

Age is just a number

Like fuck it is, give me 20 any day.

Woow.. 10k steps achieved. It's not as easy as it looks achieving those steps but it's not hard either. I got over 13k steps just two days ago, made a post on it, you could also check it out

I hear you! I recently started trying to do a little exercise myself and it is not going too well. I am getting to old for this stuff! I just can't handle it like I used to. I might need to just break down and buy a treadmill so I can take it easy!
