and I have a plan in place to make some healthy routines stick and hopefully become habits - something that happens more days than not.
Back to work today after almost two weeks off, and that’s good in that it gives me a little walking to do for a start.
That’s not enough to make the impact I want though and so I’ll be aiming for 3/4 workout sessions a week for the next month at least.
As mentioned previously, I’m also aiming for 0 beers in the month of January, and so far so good.
This beer belly has to go, and I could do with the extra cash too.
