My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2020
Posting yesterday’s report.
I had a very good day. I’m feeling better physically and mentally. I don’t know if the fact that I started taking some quality fish oil and also a protein supplement has anything to do with it, but I’m guessing it does.
On my way home from work I stopped at the grocery store to get a few things.
Over the weekend, I setup my new external hard drive that I got in orders to replace one that had failed. I was really happy that I had done regular backups, because that was the drive that I used for all my audio projects from my freelance sound engineering business. I would have been royally screwed if I hadn’t had a backup.
The moral of the story is that you should always have a backup of any important data.
Anyway, that’s my story for this time.
