My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2019 一万歩までの遠い道

As my next healthcare challenge after the caffeine withdrawal, I would like to achieve 10,000 steps a day.

It was the this first day. I walked for an hour around 4.4km but couldn’t make it. It’s market day tomorrow. I may achieve 10,000 steps.

カフェイン断ちに続いての健康増進作戦として1日10,000歩くことにしました。今日は初日で1時間ほどかけて4.4キロ歩きましたが10,000歩にはほど遠かったです。明日はマーケットの日なのでもしかすると10,000歩達成できるかもしれません。

写真はパンを焼きたいエネルギーが爆発してフライパンで焼いたインドのナンです。カレーが主役のような写真になってしまいました。

Excuse me for the picture. Both walking and baking were part of my day (and I was so happy to bake after three weeks as a host of @breadbakers) ;) Today I'll see there are something interesting to put a photo on post on street.

argonさんのトレーニングの投稿見ると、この歩数、しかも歩きではずかしすぎです www でも去年みなさんと actifit したら歩くのが楽しかったので。10,000歩は数値目標があると頑張れる気がして設定してみました :)
