My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2019

I found there is “gardening” in the activity type options. Good! I harvested Takana mustered leaves to pickle them and worked some to prepare for winter.

I went to see Christmas market construction with my daughter and bought her winter shoes afterwards.

Then! I made 10,000 steps today 😊 Yuuufuuu!

今日は庭の冬支度をして漬物にする高菜を収穫しました。今天日干しならぬ部屋干しをしていて明日漬けます。秋はレタスに高菜に大成功で、来年はもっと株数を増やしたいです。

ガーデニングで庭をうろうろしたのと合わせて、子どもと街中のクリスマスマーケットの工事の様子を見に行って、見事にワンシーズンでサイズアウトする冬靴をセカンドハンドのお店に見に行って、今日は1万歩を超えました。よしよし。

明日も雨は降らないようなのでウォーキングに励もうと思います。

なかなか手に入らなくてでも高菜のお漬物を食べたくって。秋まきだと本当に手がかからずに大きくなったので来年はもっとまきます！
