My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019

Hi actifitters!!!

Feels good to be home. This is my actifit report for yesterday, after eating, the next thing is to sleep. Am trying my best to rest because soon I will resume back to work(stress).

After sleeping the whole day, I have to do house cleaning and help Mum with some things, I have my phone on me and my actifit app was counting, before I open and eyes. I was already at 5k count.

In the evening, I stroll around my street and came back home. Boom!!!. Actifit count at 7k.
