My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2019

Jogged two miles and lifted for 1.5hrs.
Hit legs, chest, and triceps. Eating 2k calories today and my Fitbit says I’ve burnt approx 3k tho I give a margin of error of 15% on its calculation. So I should be in a 500 calorie deficit at least for the beginning of this cutting session.
