My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2020

Today, there's so many news about the nCoV and many are in panic about it. One of the issues that this panic has brought is the fact that few people are going out of their houses due to the fear that they might catch a virus.

As for me, the fear or panic will also cause us to do nothing to achieve some activity counts. Even with the treat of the so called nVoC, I still managed to go out and go for my morning walk. Cheers for the 5k milestone achieved!
