My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2020
As a result of the concerns regarding the spread of coronavirus recently, we have minimised our exposure in public places whenever we can. Although fellowshipping at church this morning was still important for us, so we still attended church and had a wonderful time of worship and fellowship. Because we’ve been spending less time outdoors, my steps have also been low. Will need to try get some exercise in at home over the next while.
