Hallo alle zusammen. Heut war ein Tag mit enorm viel Bewegung. Wir waren wandern mit den Kids. Bei wunderschönem Wetter. Kurz nach dem Frühstück sind wir aufgebrochen und kamen erst am Nachmittag wieder.
Dort wurden wir dann auch von Lilly mit viel Freude empfangen.
Nach der Arbeit war ich dann noch im Fitnessstudio und habe Kardiotraining gemacht. Es ist ja nicht so als hätte ich heute nicht schon genug Schritte. Nach gut 2 h auf dem Fahrrad und noch mal einer Stunde auf dem Laufband bin ich jetzt endgültig am Ende und freue mich auf mein Bett.

Hello, everybody. Today was a day of enormous activity. We went hiking with the kids. With beautiful weather. We left shortly after breakfast and came back in the afternoon.
There we were welcomed by Lilly with great joy.
After work I went to the gym and did cardio training. It's not as if I didn't have enough steps today. After a good 2 hours on the bike and another hour on the treadmill I am finally at the end and I am looking forward to my bed.
