So no basketball today but I did manage to get a workout in today. My body felt good but my energy was pretty wack. I didn't get the best sleep in the world last night.

I did a lot of bodyweight back work and kettlebell swings for the meat of my workout.

I really want my body to feel a little lighter. The more basketball I've been playing the less weight I've been lifting. Its more about endurance for me right now...
