My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2019

Today wasn't a walk in a park at all, today was made up of too many walk, the first one occurred in the morning when I went out to price a Bluetooth speaker to use at home, funny enough the guy wasn't around so I had to go back the second and third time, I also went out in the evening to check the price of an extension box.

All these were what made my actifit app count for today to go this high, I never knew I could count as much as this.

My legs aches a little die to this excessive walking today but I know it's OK, very OK. Tomorrow, I'll be fine.
