My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2019
Today was actually a much busier day than my activity indicates. @mrsbozz and I got up this morning and went to watch our friends daughter play a couple games of recreation league basketball.
They won both of them!
Then we went out to lunch and shopping at Sam's Club which is a members warehouse store.
Finally, we came home and started to watch some of the college football games that are on today. It is conference championship weekend so there are a lot of reasons to win on the line.
I needed the day watching the Big Ten conference and drinking this 12 year scotch. It isn't the stuff that I think @goblinknackers recommended to me (which was $80 USD). We had a coupon so it was only about $30 USD.
I am actually still a little on the fence about it. This is my first bottle of Scotch so the peatiness is something I need to get used to.
It is pretty different from the whiskey and bourbon I usually drink.

hi @bozz.sports, .. this is also a good one, $30 is a good price, ...as i remember this is a sweet sherry cask one and very nice and quite light on the peat/smoke which is not everyone's thing to start with. .. stock up before the tariff's hit i say. :-)
It was actually a bit more peaty than I had expected. I think I will have to work my way up to the heavier stuff!
