My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2020
Today was pretty disappointing for me stepwise. I really get down on myself when I can't hit that ten thousand step goal.
I wonder who decided 10k is the magic number anyway. I know you can change it but why does it default to 10k?
It is hard to get a ton of steps when you work at a desk job. In fact, several years ago they installed energy saving lights in my office. They are the kind that are motion sensitive and shut off if they don't detect motion.
There are many days I find myself sitting in the dark because the movements I make at my desk are too small for the sensor to recognize. Apparently mouse clicking isn't an extreme enough movement.
I got to watch my niece play basketball tonight. She did awesome! She needs to work on her shot a little bit on the other side of the ball she is a defensive powerhouse!
I love watching my nieces and nephews be successful!
