My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2020

It was a snowy drive in to church for me this morning. There was a point where it was almost white out conditions on the drive over.

I didn't work out today, but I did get eleven active minutes when I had to shovel the end of the driveway because the plow truck came down our road.

I also got a bit of exercise doing the laundry and vacuuming the house. Other than that, it was a pretty lazy Sunday. The NFC and AFC championship games are on today to see which teams are going to be in the super bowl.

I am pretty happy with the results so far. I would love nothing more than a chiefs/49ers super bowl.

Tomorrow I get back to the grind and start exercising again. Hopefully my body and my knee have had enough time to heal up.
