[EN] I divided today's training into two parts, first 25 minutes I was rowing on ergometer and then only 20 minutes ride on a spinning bike. Unfortunately, again during the aerobic training on the machines, the number of steps in the @actifit application does not reflect the litres of sweat poured out during the training. According to app during forty-five minutes I made 2000 steps, I think it will be easy to verify. The picture above shows data from both devices, so for mathematical purposes I'll assume that one step is one stroke ergometer and one step is one crank turn on the bike.

Ergometer: 26 strokes/min * 25 min = 650 steps
Bike: 88 rpm * 20 min = 1760 steps
Total: 2410 steps

It seems that the difference is not big, but on the other hand I did the same amount of "steps" during about 15 minutes of walking to and from the gym. Usually during 45 minutes walking or running I do about 5000-6000 steps, which is more less the same what my Garmin watch shows. Also while cycling I made many more "steps". I don't know what is the reason, I keep my phone in my pocket as usual, maybe, on the advice of other Discord users, I should put my phone in my sock? What do you think? What are your thoughts on this?

My 2019 stats: total distance 4079,42 km (+ 24,15 km)

Cycling1878,50 km(+ 11,91 km)
