Flowers are a symbol of beauty. If their presence is around us, then the environment around us remains quite pleasant and fragrant. So try to put beautiful flower beds around you and learn to smile with those flowers even in odd situations. Although flowers exist for a very short time, but in these short time periods, they go through the biggest lesson of life, that whatever time we have got, we should use it in the best way, always in happiness and sorrow one should behave the same and inspire others to be happy.
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 7k points by walking playing cricket along with daily activities.
