Hello dear steemains
If we spent few times for our physical maintenance at the time of morning definitely its effect remains throughout the day and we feel refresh, whether we are in office or any other place.It is always beneficial to walk without slippers in dew.I used to go in my playground daily so that I can spend few time for my physical maintenance. My friends and colleagues take part in some meditation, yoga as well as playing cricket too..
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 8k points by playing cricket, running ..
