~My activity count from getting already for todays work to the real deal which involves my walking down to the Bus-Stop, moving round office and other daily activities.

~All the glory to Him who has make everything possible, Him who have not let my strength fail me, He gave my body the rest it need, I was able to Achieve the plan I set for today and I hope tomorrow will better. Thanks
