My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2019 运动第八天

今天运动第8天了,但是系统上显示第9天,我也不知道怎么计算的,昨天练的那个上肢燃脂爆炸,今天肩膀的地方开始痛了,运动了那么多天,可能运动的强度不同,疼痛度也不一样吧。今天锻炼的是臀部,好听的名字:美臀燃脂。

做了好多个不同的深蹲,运动深蹲可以锻炼臀部,还可以让全身运动起来,我经常会叫爸爸在家里做50个深蹲,可以锻炼身体,加强血液循环。
标准的深蹲:腰背挺直,脚跟与肩同宽,膝盖与脚尖方向一致,蹲下时候膝盖不能超过脚尖。
下蹲时吸气,起身时呼气。
明天继续加油。
