My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2019

Well I got the goal of ten thousand steps in today and I honestly do not know how I accomplished this feat. I felt as if I was standing fairly stationary at work but I guess I most have been constantly moving. I think it’s cheap steps but I’ll take it.
