My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2019

I will say gladly that the start of any activity begins in the mind. It really pays being self employed as it gives you ample time to do the things you really love doing. Before heading out to work, I had a quick run to spur myself up for the day and the benefits I got was more than what I expected.

I felt really energized to even go beyond my limit. A productive person is that person who has learnt to strike a balance between his physical and mental state. That is why a footballer is trained on mental alertness so as to quickly know what to do with the ball in his possession.
Also, one has got to push himself up regardless of any obvious challenges. There are so many ways to push yourself up. One of those many ways and probably the best is through exercise. Exercises like jogging, yoga, dancing, walking, etc. has proven time and again that these activities plays a major role in the life of every individual. Thanks to the actifit team for this brilliant app. The app sort of reduces possible boredom that is sometimes associated with exercises.
