Martial Arts - Why I Need Those Skills
Sundays are always perfect days to engage in some exercise as usually, it is observed by so many as a holy day of obligation and ultimately, rest. Employers of labour also respect this day so their employees can find sometime to rest, spend with their family and do other productive things.
I was able to spend some valuable time in the morning jogging through my street. Once back, I rested and in the evening, I did one of the exercise activities I love to do - martial arts.
I love martial arts related movies and won't mind being as good as the likes of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan. However, this comes at a great price. Since I do not have the luxury of time to go get registered with a professional training school, I have to improvise.
So basically, I download a few training videos on karate and practice all by myself every weekends that end up being free for me.
Martial arts is quite beneficial to those who take out time to learn it. Apart from the health benefits, you also gain some defense skills that could help save your life or that of others one day.
Once I can, I hope to sign up to karate training school, attend and learn better from the professionals they have in their team as tutors.
