Fitness is Not Important; It's Essential!
Just two days ago, as I stood up from my chair in preparations to go home for the day, I heard a crack at my lower back area. I believe it was due to long hours of sitting at one position and leaning over a computer.
Since then, I've been having some pains at my back at intervals. Unfortunately, I do not even have enough time during the weekends and that's why I like to take advantage of the little time I have to exercise.
In the mornings, I do at least 30 to 50 minutes of jogging and exercise daily so as to keep in myself in shape for the day's activities and long hours of sitting.
I really need an exercise plan that would help me keep fit and also work on my waist in the process. Probably, I may also need to visit the Spa on a weekly basis for massage therapy.
