Lots Done But Not Many Steps - My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020
I had a rather slower day in terms actual steps but I did accomplish a bunch of different things. Did a little gorilla warfare blockchain promotion, cleaned the house, recorded a vlog, made 2 full meals and washed dishes... man what a day of activity to barley even make 5k steps 😅
The gorilla warfare blockchain promotion I covered in my last post, drove all over my area of town dropping promotional cards off at gas stations 😅
House has been a disaster for over 2 weeks now, did a full tidy and clean including dusting and all that... noticeable difference in how heavy the air feels... old building with lots of dust which I am allergic too so maybe I am just more aware of my air then most.
Did up a Smoke.io vlog first thing about my promotion efforts, finished it up after done the distribution of cards... tried to use the images I took as proof but they all came out extremely blurry since I was trying not to get caught red handed.
Made dinner and lunches at the same time taking one meal for today’s work time meal and managed to get dishes done just in time to pull the first one out of the oven... 2 quick all in one pot meals basically one is a chicken & broccoli casserole and the other a scalloped potato shepherds pie.
Of course doobies and dog walks nearly every 2 hours was probably the majority of my steps today. Smoking Blue Lime Pie right now, interesting flavour not quite sure how to describe it other then something you won’t forget... great buzz and must be an energizer as I didn’t stop once yesterday 👌
Only 5k steps but I started at 5am and didn’t finish and get to bed till 2pm, just enough time for a full sleep... starting work in the evening I still could have slept another 8!
Anyways, days done and I wanna get home 😏
