My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2019

Easily able to hit 5k when I remember to turn app on when I'm on the move. Specifically:

  1. Morning commute:
    a. Medium-distance walk from home to subway (1st segment)
    b. Short-distance walk to transfer trains (2nd segment)
    c. Long-distance to walk from Subway station to the office

  2. Office during the day involves constant movements for meetings, lunch, etc.

  3. Evening commute
    a. Long-distance to walk from office to subway station (1st segment)
    b. Short-distance walk to transfer trains (2nd segment)
    c. Medium-distance walk from subway station to home

What made this easier was that I didn't utilize free shuttle service between office and the station. This allowed me to more easily hit 5k by the time I'm home for dinner.
