I did much of relaxing my muscles and mind today. It was a stressful previous week with mind and muscles stretched really hard so there's no better time to cool down and refill than today.
Though it's a working day, I took advantage of the fact that there was no much work to do. Today is one of those office days that the job isn't just there to do.
I walked to the office in the morning and back in the evening as I would always do. Skeletal up and down movements during office hours also happened but much of the steps took place before my bed time as I played a couple of minutes with the ropes.
