I started off today's activity routine with a short walk to the office. I made it as fast and intense as possible just so I can maximize the moment for both heart and muscle strengthening.
It was a most rewarding experience as my body quickly raced out of the morning chill just as if I just drank a warm tea.
My afternoon was filled with office activities. 'Twas a painful thing, I couldn't move about with my phone.
Night time was exercise time. I did some indoor jogging for about thirty minutes straight followed by push ups and a few boxing moves.
I cut it off after hitting my new daily goal at seven thousand steps minimum. I took a warm shower and now I'm waiting to fall asleep.
Reflecting back on the day, I discovered it's been a fulfilled one for me.
