My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2020

Another day in paradise………….it has seriously rained all day, and now I hear there is the expectation of another five inches within the next 48 hours! I’m beginning to grow webbed feet!!
It was just me, myself and I today at work. I got most of what needed doing done, but towards the end, between the phone ringing incessantly and folks coming in to pick up or get glasses repaired, I got next to nothing done at the end of the day. Tomorrow was originally a fully booked day, however now because of illness (the bug is running around) and also because folks are fearful of a repeat weekend like last weekend with the flooding, they are not inclined to leave home. I have no idea if the levy got repaired or not, and I am beginning to see the ‘lakes’ reappear just as they did last week. I am really hoping it doesn’t come to pass, because the folks who got hit last weekend with flooding are likely to see the same thing again.
Consequently, I didn’t get any hiking done, and honestly, I was just too done in to care about pacing the house to hit the 10,000 mark. I am really hoping the weather lets up tomorrow around 4:30 so that when I get home, I might at least get the country roads hiking in.
Here soon, it will be off to bed, so………….

Reading about all of that rain makes my eye twitch. After dealing with our basement flooding this past Fall rain is my nemesis. I don't even like reading about it that much :P
