My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019
Despite the fact that I don't have access to my stationary bike till the end of the week, yesterday I still managed to get to over 6000 steps.
I don't like the situation and miss my bike but it is what it is, I have to deal with it.
Good thing the weather is still nice, outdoor walking is still possible as much as my free time permits.
I was thinking of starting doing pushups that I hate so much. I've never been good at this and that's why I thought it's time to improve. Sit-ups can also be included as you can burn some calories and strengthen your muscles if you do it right and you're perseverant.
You don't need any investment for these exercises, just a little space and you're all set. In my report tomorrow I'm going to tell you how it went 😁, stay tuned.
