Not My Best Day

Not much happened yesterday except for a walk and my usual (under these circumstances) activity, so I've only got a little over 5k steps.

Yesterday was telling you about pushups and sit-ups but that didn't happen for a very good reason. I need to convince myself mentally 😁 that I need to do this, otherwise it won't work. I know it would be good for my health but my lazy self needs more time.

Today is a new day and I'm hoping to reach 10k or close to that as I have to go to the other side of the city and going on foot. The weather is nice, so I have to make the most of it.
