My Report For Saturday

Things are not going according to my plan. This week I was unhappy because due to some changes in my life had no access to my stationary bike. Friday was the first day this week when I could have pedaled but was too tired and chose rest instead.

Yesterday was Saturday, looked like a good day, which it was, it's just that was so busy, had a lot of work to do and it was very late when I finished and was tired already, again.

This morning I woke up with a sprained neck and back, it's a muscle thing I hope it won't last all day but one can never know. Took the usual medication, I'm careful how I move and let's hope it goes away quickly.

So yesterday despite the fact that I was busy all day, managed to do my walking in my way to the farmers market and carried the goodies home on the stairs. That's not much but it's something. Better than sitting on the couch rating all day.

Today, or right now I'm angry, don't know how my day is going to be. Let's take one step at a time and we'll see.

The weather is still beautiful, leaves are on the ground and I love it.
