Ulog, #marketfriday and My Actifit Report : August 30 2019
Had a late night last night so didn't get up until around 8.30
Walked the dogs and did 5k before breakfast.
Morning video:
Catching up with old friends. Went to a local market
Bought some bread, cheese and vegetables for lunch
Lots of colourful veg
Went for a few short walks with the dogs before driving home , then another couple when we got back
