Yoga class🧘🏻‍♀️

I attended a yoga flow class before taking the kids to the park today.

My toddler daughter is driving me mad with her thrashing around at bedtime and I am singing the mantra “on mani padme hum” to preserve my sanity. It means “the jewel in the lotus” and is traditionally chanted by Buddhists to invoke compassion, @fleur 🙃
