Restorative yoga class 🧘🏻♀️
I love sunflowers and snapped this en route to my restorative yoga class this evening.
We used to grow a row of the giant Russian variety in front of our home, which drew admiring glances at this time of year. Eventually the flower would turn to seed and we would keep some to sow the following year and leave the rest for the birds 🐦.
My yoga class was so relaxing. I struggled to keep awake to hear the instructions 😆. The room was warm and candle-lit with lots of bolsters and blankets for comfort. Bliss 🧘🏻♀️
I have negotiated a slight reduction in my working hours to 18 hours. Still not the “4 hour working week” unfortunately but then I’d be very broke! Looks like there will be a merger of the firm and this has got to be a good thing for all the employees in the scheme of things, @fleur 💭 
Did you do a Yin Yoga class? I just love Yin, it's so magical!
And keep the faith, I'm sure in the future it will be a well deserved 4 day working week :D You know that you are the master of your faith right ? ;)
