I have a small battle on my hands at the moment to find a better work life balance so that I can be there for my children when they need me and not be exhausted and distracted by my working life.

I took two steps forward when I joined a charitable organisation and changed to practising contract law but one step back when I had to increase my working hours.

As my thoughts turn to the new year, I must keep pushing for a better work life balance and if I fail, then I will take radical action! The fight against climate change beckons, @fleur 🌍
