Finally, I achieve the 5K milestone! It may not be much but it's more than enough to help me reach my target weight.
The funny thing about my "getting fit" routine is that I don't measure my weight in a regular basis. On the previous time that I did, I was 76 kilograms, that's about 3 weeks ago.
Last night when I stepped on my weighing scale, I was down to 72 kilograms. It's really surprising to learn that I loose 4kg in a short period of time. I'm surprised but very pleased at the same time.
With the combination of healthy diet and a lot of walking or activities, even without going to the gym; I was able to achieve something good for myself.
