Hey wazzup!

How many kilos of sweat you've wasted today?lol

Well as usual, office eat house weight. Again we went to market and bought rice. I don't know if I'm doing it right the gym thing. 'Coz you know what, I'm consuming ton of rice a month 😂🙈.

I'm a carbo-rous lol I don't know why I love carbo. Even if I do gym everyday I think everything will still be the same. But at least I can feel my stamina is better than before.

Actually we bought bananas and made a banana shake oh yeah 🥛. So a cup of banana shake after weight lifting has been served lol.

And of course while watching movie 😊🎬.
