I love chainsawing. There's something about the roar of the engine, the sound of those teeth gnawing through the wood...So enjoyable. I suppose I'd probably not think so if I did it every day though. :)

I am a big fan of it as well. The entire process is fun and generally quite satisfying. I would probably feel a bit indifferent if it was my job but then again I would hope that I could still maintain the stoke.
I picked up my first chainsaw at about 9 years old, almost cut my foot off and wasn't allowed to touch one for a few years. Learned my lesson though and got back on it with a new plan - Cut wood, not myself. Seemed to work out. Thanks for responding
Lol! Yeah that is a pretty important rule to remember! I make sure to abide it strictly.
One only gets one go at it I guess...Although I had two feet...Don't know what the problem was. 😂
I used to like cutting wood with a chainsaw, but now my back really doesn't like the bending over with the weight of the saw...
