trying to break through the rut i’ve been in with my health and fitness. it’s been months since i really made an effort. urgh.

It can at times be difficult to get those steps in! Go for a walk out in nature; not only will the steps add up quickly, but you will find it relieves all kinds of stress and will relax you as well. Have a good night.
