Meu Cartão de Relatório de Actifit: Setembro 19 2019 - Início da Primavera (ou Verão? 🤔)

Hoje marcou o início da primavera aqui no hemisfério sul! Ao menos aqui no nordeste do Brasil, não tem isso não, aqui é só inverno ou verão, e nesse caso, hoje para nós, começou o verão!🙏

Agora, meu amigo, é "sol na cabeça" até o mês de fevereiro de 2020 aqui nessas terras. A praia já deu o recado: Prepare o protetor solar, porquê, o "bicho vai pegar"!

O verão, para mim, é o melhor período do ano. Não somente por causa da praia, do sol e da cerveja. Mas, porquê os dias para pedalar e trabalhar são perfeitos na pista. Pista seca é garantia de chegar rápido ao destino.

Hoje o meu pedal foi leve. Não corri muito, só foram 4 horas de pedal, 30 km percorridos no total, e segundo o Actifit, mais de 15.000 passos concluídos.

Amanhã tem mais! Vamos em frente!👍
