Actifit Ulog 4 August 2019 - Waka Waka World

It was an awesome fun-filled day! We started off the day with football as usual. They play on both Saturdays and Sundays. The boys also got invited to a friend's birthday party. Our church friend's little princess turned 5 years old and they organised it at a place called Waka Waka World! LOL I know right, the name of the place is funnee!

This kids play land is located on the Lower Ground Floor of Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang. It is located on Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah in the Pudu area and is a very decent 3 or 4 star hotel. You can check out their website here A lot of tourists like to stay here as it is right in the middle of the main shopping belts of KL. A stone's throw away from Berjaya Times Square, adjacent to Bukit Bintang and a short distance from Chinatown, this hotel is strategically located in the Golden Triangle.

Waka Waka World is a children's play land with the theme of Kings and Queens and castles. It is a pretty interesting place and it is quite well thought out. They have the Main Kingdom Play Area, A Toddler Area, A general children's area, The Royal Dining Hall and three Royal Event Halls for parties. I understand that this place had only recently opened about a month ago and even now has some exciting and good deals for people to come and hold their birthday parties there. This playland has some really interesting things for kids to do such as a flying fox, wall climbing and slides everywhere of course. They also had a real live royal carriage! I believe that it is the real thing as you could open the door to sit inside and it has brakes and the works! It was also pretty spacious and the environment felt a lot more relaxed. Possibly because there were lesser people compared to Jungle Gym.

We spend the entire afternoon there playing and I was totally and completed exhousted. The kids had a heap load of energy though and just wouldn't stop. Hubby said to let them continue to enjoy themselves and I finally was too tired and just laid down on the soft foam flooring to rest. The place is really nice as the main areas were all covered in foam mats and you didn't have to worry about your little one falling and hurting themselves. Plus it made a great bed too! LOL!

The only thing that I thought could be improved was their security and check in/check out system. Their door/barrier was just a panel of wood that kids could crawl under and literally run out or get snatched right near the main road. I hope they do something about it or at least be more stringent and strict because if the crowds get bigger, you really need to keep an eagle eye on your precious kiddos.

We got home at nearly 8 pm and you guessed it right, both Chapati and Murtabak were fast asleep! I gave them a shower in their sleep, brushed their teeth and we all went right to bed.
