Today's workout was: 5k Running with stops for calisthenics exercise in Ciutadella Park. Similar to the one previous Thursday.
Total Time: 60 mins.
1st stop - various abdominal exercises for 5 minutes.
2nd stop - various plank exercises for 5 minutes.
3rd stop - abdominal exercises + plank exercises for 5 minutes.
