Today's training was CrossFit workout for 150 mins.
Overhead squats: 10 x 40/42/43 kg
Snatch: 3 x 10 x 30kg
Clean & Jerk: 8 x 40kg
Shoulder press: 3 x 10 x 28kg
Various pull up and chin up exercises.
Ring deeps: 3 x 8.
Double unders: 2 x 70.
