Today's training was CrossFit workout lasted 60 mins.


Overhead squats: 10 x 40/42/43 kg

Snatch: 2 x 10 x 30kg, 1 x 10 x 31kg

Clean & Jerk: 8 x 38.5kg, 8 x 40kg

Road cycling for 10km.
