My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2019

Non si vede bene ma lì, in mezzo al verde, c'era un piccolo uccellino che saltellava sotto la pioggerellina, in quel momento era appena appena accennata, nel corso della giornata si è un po' intensificata, andamento a singhiozzo, ora ad esempio non piove, speriamo che migliori soprattutto nelle zone colpite dal maltempo...

La successione degli stormi di uccelli in questo periodo è frequentissima, qui si sono appostati sul tetto della casa di fronte...

Mi scappa da ridere su come ho fatto a superare i 10000 passi, ho fatto il solco in casa avanti e indietro alternato a giri della tavola, dovevo continuare a testare un'altra app, ne hanno giovato i passi anche di actifit
