Despues de tres dias en los que no habia podido salir de casa por el malestar general que me atacó. Hoy me decidí a incorporarme a trabajar y hacer algunas actividades como ir al supermercado todo despacio pues aun mi cabeza se siente que va a estallar.
Pero apesar de ello actifit me acompaña a que mis dias sean un poco más saludables.
