I actually get my workouts done fasted.
The body feels pretty light and I can do stuff.
Plus the food right after training fasted can be very rewarding. :)
Today I'm gonna do a yoga class and I'll have my leg day at the gym tomorrow.
Great job by the way! Keep that going! <3
