My husband wasn’t feeling well today and we spend most of the day hanging out.
I made fresh orange juice to get some vitamins in to help fight the cold and got three different ferments started.
Once it got a bit warmer, I went out for my walk. Only today, I did 8 seconds high intensity followed by 12 sec of slower. Did that for about 20 minutes and was sweating at the end 😂
In the afternoon I finished the sock you are seeing in the picture and got the second one started 👍
